It began in 2012..
Shortly after I moved to southern Sweden and Helsingborg in 2012, I started working at Mindpark (then named SHIP).
At the time, the concept of a "coworking space" wasn't well-known, and people in the city weren't really aware that Mindpark existed.
I began working in the café and reception, making lattes, hosting conferences, and solving problems (I even created a custom playlist for the open space that is still in use!). Later, I got promoted to office/community and event coordinator. I absolutely loved it and kept the job as a side gig while studying to become a graphic designer.
After almost a three-year break, during which I worked elsewhere, Mindpark reached out, needing a graphic designer for a specific project. Thanks to my already strong relationship with the founders, Karsten and Sanna, we began a collaboration that became more regular.
Today
Today, there are 7 beautifully decorated and vibrant Mindparks in southern Sweden! After more than a year of freelancing, I’m now a part-time employee. It was a seamless transition since I'm so invested in the company and have been warmly welcomed from the start. I'm very passionate about Mindpark and to keep the brand strong, this time visually.
When I took over the visual responsibility in September 2023, the brand needed an update. Mindpark is constantly growing and working to define its identity while the competition gets tougher. I’ve refined the visual profile and collaborated closely with the CEO Sanna to align the brand and tone of voice.
We've already come a long way, created something bolder and more mature than before—a reflection of both the spaces and the relaxed vibe you’ll find at all the Mindparks.
Take a look at where they’re located here. Most of the spaces have a café and lounge open to everyone, and offering very flexible workplace options.
